Trauma Therapy & EMDR
What happened to you matters, but it doesn’t have to define your future
Sometimes experiences from the past continue to affect how you feel, how you relate to others, and how safe you feel in the present. Trauma can show up as anxiety, emotional numbness, difficulty trusting people, feeling constantly on guard, or reacting strongly to situations that remind you of earlier experiences.
Trauma therapy provides a supportive space to understand these patterns without judgment or pressure to share everything before you’re ready. Through trauma-informed care and, when appropriate, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), we can work toward helping you process difficult experiences, develop a greater sense of safety, and feel more grounded in your life today.
