Individual Psychotherapy (53 minutes)
Personalized one-on-one therapy sessions designed to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, mood disorders, personality disorders, thought disorders, and substance use or recovery. Sessions focus on developing coping strategies, building resilience, and supporting personal growth.
Couples Psychotherapy (53 minutes)
Support for couples looking to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild connection. Therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each partnership and can address relationship stress, intimacy concerns, and life transitions.
Intake & Biopsychosocial Assessments (55 minutes)
These assessments are typically the first step in beginning therapy. They provide a comprehensive evaluation of your mental health history, current functioning, and personal strengths. This information helps guide an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Assessments for Court & Legal Purposes (55 minutes)
Professional evaluation for individuals involved in legal proceedings, offering objective insights into substance use patterns and treatment recommendations as required by the court or legal system.
Assessments & Evaluations for Gender-Affirming Care Letters (55 minutes)
Comprehensive evaluation to support gender-affirming medical care, including providing documentation from a licensed mental health professional for hormone therapy, surgeries, or other affirming interventions. This assessment ensures your needs and experiences are accurately and respectfully represented.
All therapy services can be conducted in person or via telehealth for clients across Ohio, with the exception of EMDR therapy, which is conducted strictly in person to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Clinical Supervision for LSWs
In addition to client therapy, I provide clinical supervision for Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) in Ohio who are pursuing independent licensure. Supervision is offered in both individual and group formats to support professional growth and meet licensure requirements.
